O.C. Foreclosure Prevention Program

Our foreclosure prevention program is intended to achieve 2 primary objectives:

• 1st – To solve a homeowners housing crisis if they are facing foreclosure or have a payment in which they can no longer maintain.

• 2nd – To provide a means of getting a homeowner back on financial track upon putting their housing crisis behind them.

We achieve our first objective by utilizing loan modifications, and short sales (or traditional sales).  The second objective is achieved by cleaning up our clients credit and removing any negative marks caused by missed payments, foreclosure, and other financial crisis related markings.  This provides our clients with the piece of mind needed to put this chapter of their lives behind them.
